LELIT MaraX3 Espresso Machine
The LELIT MaraX3 combines a heat-exchanger system with Pagaia electronic flow control, allowing you to adjust water flow during extraction. Its black body, wooden details and stainless-steel components create a distinctive finish for your coffee station.
Pagaia Electronic Flow Control
Pagaia adjusts pump power to regulate water flow during brewing. This allows you to experiment with different extraction profiles and observe how changes in flow affect the coffee in your cup.
For a more straightforward brewing routine, Pagaia can remain fully open, allowing the machine to operate with its standard pump profile.
L58E Brew Group
The L58E group features mechanical pre-infusion and is compatible with LELIT58 accessories. Mechanical pre-infusion helps wet the coffee puck before full extraction pressure develops.
Advanced Dual Probe PID System
The patented Dual Probe PID system works with thermosiphon circulation to manage temperature. Three selectable settings—Warm, Hot and Extra Hot—allow you to adjust the temperature level to suit your coffee and taste preferences.
Dedicated Coffee and Steam Modes
Choose between Xmode Coffee and Xmode Steam to adapt the machine’s operation to your preparation routine. These modes provide flexibility when focusing on espresso or preparing milk-based drinks.
Heat-Exchanger Boiler
A 1.8-litre AISI316L stainless-steel heat-exchanger boiler supports espresso brewing and steam production. The machine also includes a removable 2.5-litre water tank.
Steam and Hot Water Wands
The multidirectional anti-burn steam wand features a three-hole nozzle for milk texturing. A separate multidirectional anti-burn hot water wand provides water for drinks such as Americanos.
Pressure Monitoring and Status Indicators
A dual pressure gauge displays pump and steam pressure. Indicator lights communicate warm-up and readiness status, as well as low-water or missing-tank conditions. The machine also includes standby and reserve-mode functions.

Eureka Mignon Zero 55s Single Dose Coffee Grinder
The Eureka Mignon Zero 55s is designed for a single-dose workflow: weigh your beans, grind the amount you need and prepare your coffee. Its compact black body combines flat steel burrs, continuous grind adjustment and systems designed to reduce retained grounds.
55mm Hardened-Steel Flat Burrs
The 55mm flat burrs provide grinding for espresso and other brewing methods. A 310W motor operates at 1,350 RPM, with a stated grinding output of approximately 1.8–2.5g per second for espresso and 2.5–3.5g per second for brew grinding.
Actual output varies with the coffee and grind setting.
Stepless Micrometric Adjustment
Eureka’s patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System allows continuous grind adjustment without fixed steps. This gives you the small changes needed to dial in espresso and refine extraction time.
The King-Size Dial provides a larger adjustment surface for everyday use.
Anti-Retention and Blow Up Systems
The Anti-Retention System is designed to minimise coffee remaining inside the grinder. The bellows-operated Blow Up System helps clear residual grounds from the grinding chamber and chute.

ACE System
