Designed to help filter paper sit closely against the dripper walls, the Codale Coffee Paper Presser helps reduce bypass and promotes more stable water flow and even temperature distribution during pour-over brewing.
Made from 6063 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with a food-grade hard-anodized surface, it provides excellent durability, wear resistance, and heat resistance while avoiding plastic components.
Its distinctive petal-shaped design features 20 polished ridges positioned at an 18° angle, allowing the presser to fit naturally into the filter folds.
