DF64 Air Single Dose Coffee Grinder
The DF64 Air is the next generation of the popular DF64 platform, replacing the DF64 Gen 2.5 with a smaller and quieter single-dose grinder designed for both espresso and filter coffee.
It features 64mm flat burrs with standard steel burrs finished in a Red Titanium coating. The 64mm platform also allows users to upgrade to compatible aftermarket burr sets, including popular SSP options.
The grinder uses a 210W motor running at 1,400 RPM. According to FREKKO, the updated motor makes the Air quieter than the DF64 Gen 2.5 while retaining enough power to grind from fine espresso through coarse filter settings.
Its stepless grind adjustment provides precise control over grind size, while the single-dose architecture is designed around very low retention. FREKKO specifies approximately 0.1g retention.
