Elektra Eklipto 1 Group Commercial Espresso Machine
The Elektra Eklipto 1 Group is a compact professional espresso machine combining Italian design, programmable brewing controls and commercial performance in a footprint suited to cafés, restaurants, hotels and specialty coffee environments where a full-size two-group machine isn't required.
The Eklipto uses a thermosiphon heating system and a 5.5-liter boiler, providing the brewing, steam and hot-water capability required for professional beverage preparation. Its single-group format reduces counter-space requirements while retaining the core functionality of the Eklipto commercial platform.
The machine incorporates programmable coffee doses, programmable electronic pre-infusion and programmable hot-water dosing, allowing the workflow to be configured around the requirements of the barista and coffee being served. Automatic boiler-level control helps maintain consistent operation throughout service.
An alphanumeric display and five-button interface provide straightforward control, while automatic group cleaning simplifies routine maintenance. LED work-area lighting improves visibility around the group and drip tray, and the stainless-steel upper surface functions as a convenient cup warmer.
