Mahlkönig E64 WS Espresso Home Grinder
The Mahlkönig E64 WS brings professional grinding technology into a compact grinder developed specifically for serious home espresso.
At its core are 64 mm special-steel flat burrs, operating at 1,950 rpm and delivering approximately 2–3.5 grams per second, with a minimum espresso grinding output of 3 g/s.
One of its key features is Grind-by-Weight technology, which measures each dose with 0.1 g precision for consistent dosing directly during grinding. This is combined with Mahlkönig's Grind-by-Sync technology, allowing the grinder to communicate with compatible machines and devices and automatically adjust grind settings according to the target extraction recipe.
Instead of conventional mechanical grind adjustment, the E64 WS uses electronic grind-size adjustment with Mahlkönig's patented Disc Distance Detection (DDD) technology. Burr distance is measured in microns, providing precise and repeatable control over the grind setting.
An Assisted Dial-In function guides the user through creating a target espresso recipe directly on screen. Brew time can also be entered manually, allowing the grinder to make automatic grind-size adjustments to help maintain the target recipe.
Connectivity with the Mahlkönig Sync App enables pairing with compatible equipment, grinder usage statistics, automatic software updates and maintenance-related insights.
