Java Microlot is a distinctive Colombian specialty coffee from the mountainous region of Tolima, where the Caturra variety is cultivated at approximately 1,350 meters above sea level.
The coffee undergoes an Anaerobic Natural process, where the coffee cherries are fermented in an oxygen-free environment to enhance sweetness and aromatic complexity.
The resulting cup is rich and velvety, opening with deep cocoa nib notes, followed by a bright touch of lemon acidity and finishing with the warm sweetness of brown sugar. The combination creates a balanced profile bringing together sweetness, brightness and depth.
