Omqah is a premium Yemeni specialty coffee originating from the high mountains of Haraz, specifically the rare and remote Omqah region.
Grown at approximately 2,200 meters above sea level, this lot features the traditional Yemeni Udaini variety and undergoes a carefully controlled slow anaerobic fermentation process, developing a rich, layered and expressive cup profile.
The flavor experience begins with dried fruit notes, develops into bright tropical fruit, and finishes with warm spice characteristics. The combination creates a complex yet balanced coffee that showcases the distinctive character of high-altitude Yemeni coffee.
