South Coffee Shilshalo – Ethiopia
Shilshalo is a bright and aromatic Ethiopian specialty coffee from Yirgacheffe in the Oromia region, featuring traditional Heirloom varieties grown at elevations between 1,950 and 2,100 meters above sea level.
Processed using the Natural method, Shilshalo delivers a smooth and balanced cup with layered notes of vanilla, mandarin and jasmine. Vanilla brings soft natural sweetness, mandarin adds a fresh citrus character, while jasmine contributes a refined floral aroma that carries through the finish.
The result is a sweet, citrusy and floral coffee with a smooth body, clear flavor definition and an aromatic finish.
