ANKOMN Turn-N-Seal Vacuum Storage Canister – 1.2L UV Proof
The ANKOMN Turn-N-Seal is a manually operated vacuum storage canister designed to help protect coffee beans and other dry goods from exposure to air.
Simply turn the lid clockwise or counterclockwise to remove air from inside the container. Once vacuum pressure is created, the valve depresses to indicate the seal. To open the canister, press the Two-Way Valve Button on top to release the pressure.
The 1.2L UV Proof version combines vacuum storage with protection from light exposure, making it particularly suitable for storing coffee beans.
Its modular design allows multiple Turn-N-Seal containers to be stacked for organized storage on a coffee bar, countertop, or shelf. ANKOMN recommends turning the lid every 4–5 days to maintain the vacuum.
