Carimali Optima Ultra Fully Automatic Coffee Machine
The Carimali Optima Ultra is a professional fully automatic coffee machine engineered for high-volume premium self-service environments, including VIP lounges and other demanding commercial locations.
Designed for an average production of up to 400 drinks per day, the Optima Ultra combines high-capacity coffee preparation with an intuitive 10-inch touchscreen, allowing users to access a wide beverage menu with a single touch.
The machine features Carimali’s M-Brew brewing system, designed for heavy-duty performance while providing plug-and-play removal for easier cleaning and maintenance. Depending on configuration, M-Brew L handles 8–16g doses, while M-Brew XL supports 10–20g.
Two high-speed grinders can be installed, each using 64mm flat steel burrs. Carimali states a grinding performance of 8g in approximately 2 seconds, supporting fast service during high-demand periods.
For milk beverages, the Optima Ultra uses the CARImilk fresh-milk system and supports a beverage menu that includes foamed cold milk, expanding the range beyond conventional hot milk drinks.

CARIcare Telemetry
The Optima Ultra incorporates CARIcare, Carimali's IoT/telemetry platform. It enables remote monitoring of dispensing data, machine alarms, and machine parameters, helping operators manage commercial installations and maintenance more efficiently.
