The Cocinare Wave Electric Kettle is a precision gooseneck kettle from the Artisan Collection, designed for controlled and consistent pour-over coffee brewing.
Inspired by Hokusai's The Great Wave, its distinctive design reflects the movement and rhythm of water, combining artistic styling with Cocinare's FLOW M900 Gen 2 brewing technology.
The Smart PID temperature control system maintains temperature accuracy within ±0.5°F, helping provide stable water temperature throughout the brewing process. The adjustable temperature range of 40°C to 100°C (104°F to 212°F) allows precise temperature selection for different coffees and brewing recipes.
Cocinare's X-Balance™ ergonomic design balances the handle and spout geometry for greater stability and control, while the precision gooseneck spout provides controlled water flow for blooming, slow pouring, and full coffee-bed saturation.
The kettle features a 0.9L / 30oz capacity and a food-grade 304 stainless-steel interior, with a BPA-free construction designed for safe everyday brewing.
