The Eureka Atom Excellence 65 is a professional commercial grinder engineered to combine quiet operation, high grinding speed, precise adjustment, and durability for demanding coffee-service environments.
At the heart of the grinder are 65mm hardened-steel flat burrs, powered by a 1,370 RPM motor. Eureka specifies a grinding productivity of 2.3–3.8 grams per second, providing fast on-demand dosing for professional espresso preparation.
The grinder uses Eureka's patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System, providing precise grind adjustment without predefined steps. Its High Speed Grind Dispersion system is designed to reduce dispensing time, while the ACE System helps control clumping and electrostatic charge in the ground coffee.
