Eureka Atom Excellence 75 Commercial Coffee Grinder
The Eureka Atom Excellence 75 is a high-performance commercial espresso grinder designed to combine fast grinding, quiet operation, precise adjustment and heavy-duty construction.
At its core are large 75mm hardened-steel flat burrs, driven by a 430W motor running at 1,400 RPM. This configuration delivers a grinding productivity of 3.3–4.8 grams per second, making the Atom Excellence 75 suitable for busy professional espresso workflows.
Eureka's patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System provides continuous grind-size adjustment without fixed steps, allowing precise espresso dialing. The High Speed Grind Dispersion system is designed to reduce dispensing time, while High Speed Maintenance simplifies routine access and servicing.
The grinder also incorporates Eureka's Silent Technology to reduce operating noise and the ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) to help control clumping and static during grinding.
