Eureka Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose Grind-by-Weight Coffee Grinder
The Eureka Mignon Libra 65 All Purpose is a precision prosumer grinder combining Eureka's Instant Grind Weighing Technology with newly designed 65mm All Purpose flat burrs, allowing one grinder to handle both espresso and filter coffee.
Instead of dosing coffee according to grinding time, the Libra's integrated weighing system measures the ground coffee directly and automatically stops once the programmed weight has been reached. Eureka specifies dose consistency of approximately ±0.2g.
The 65mm hardened-steel All Purpose burrs feature a specialized geometry designed for both espresso and filter brewing. Eureka also uses a Blind Upper Burr design to further reduce coffee retention inside the grinding chamber.
Its patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System provides precise grind adjustment, while the new King-Size Dial makes moving between grind settings easier. The grinder also incorporates Eureka's ACE System to reduce clumping and electrostatic charge.
A redesigned adjustable fork works with both portafilters and All Purpose Cups, without requiring tools for adjustment.
