Eureka Mignon Specialità 55E Coffee Grinder
The Eureka Mignon Specialità 55E is a compact prosumer grind-on-demand coffee grinder combining precise adjustment, programmable dosing and quiet operation in Eureka's popular Mignon platform.
Equipped with 55mm hardened-steel flat burrs, the grinder is powered by a 310W AC motor running at 1,350 RPM. Eureka specifies productivity of 1.8–2.5 g/s for espresso and 2.5–3.5 g/s for brew grinding.
Eureka's patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System provides continuous grind-size adjustment, while Silent Technology reduces operating noise. The integrated ACE System (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) helps reduce clumping and static in the ground coffee.
The touch-screen interface provides two programmable doses plus continuous grinding, with grinding activation available through either the portafilter microswitch or the display. An adjustable hands-free fork supports a convenient portafilter workflow.
