Eureka Mignon Zero 55s Single Dose Coffee Grinder
The Eureka Mignon Zero 55s is a compact prosumer grinder designed around the single-dose workflow, combining low retention with precise grind adjustment and quiet operation.
Its 55mm hardened-steel flat burrs are powered by a 1,350 RPM, 310W motor, delivering a stated productivity of 1.8–2.5 g/s for espresso and 2.5–3.5 g/s for brew grinding.
Eureka's Anti-Retention System is designed to minimize the amount of ground coffee remaining inside the grinder. The integrated Blow Up System provides an additional mechanism for clearing retained grounds, making the Zero 55s particularly suitable for users who frequently change coffees or doses.
The grinder also incorporates Eureka's patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System, allowing fine adjustment of the grind setting without predefined steps. A larger King-Size Dial makes grind adjustment easier during everyday use.
