HARIO V60 Immersion Dripper SWITCH 02 – 200ml
The HARIO V60 Immersion Dripper SWITCH combines the familiar V60 brewing shape with an immersion brewing mechanism, giving the brewer direct control over when coffee begins to draw down.
Add ground coffee and hot water with the switch closed, allowing the coffee to steep. Once the desired immersion time is reached, press the switch to release the valve and allow the brewed coffee to flow into your cup or server. Once activated, the coffee continues dripping without needing to hold the switch.
The system makes immersion brewing simple and repeatable while also allowing more advanced hybrid recipes, where immersion and flowing pour-over extraction are combined.
The Size 02 version uses a heatproof glass V60 cone and standard HARIO V60-02 paper filters.
