At its core is a sharp 46 mm stainless-steel burr set designed to cut rather than simply crush spices, helping release their flavor while providing a fast and uniform grind.
The fully stepless adjustment system allows precise control over grind size, making it easy to find the preferred setting for different spices and seasonings.
A cleverly designed funnel also functions as a cover, allowing the grinder to be opened and closed without removing the funnel while helping protect the contents from impurities.
