The Pesado Wooden Clump Crusher in Iris is a precision WDT distribution tool designed to break up clumps and evenly redistribute ground coffee before tamping.
It features 8 removable 0.3mm needles, each measuring 45mm long. The fine needle configuration helps distribute coffee throughout the basket while minimizing unnecessary disturbance to the coffee bed.
The handle is crafted from sustainably sourced birch wood, vacuum-dyed to create Pesado's distinctive Iris finish, then protected with a heat- and water-resistant wax coating.
The needle configuration is suitable for both 53.5mm and 58mm baskets, making it suitable for a variety of espresso setups.
