Description
South Coffee Halo Bereti – Ethiopia
Halo Bereti is an expressive Ethiopian specialty coffee from Gedeo Yirgacheffe, featuring traditional Heirloom varieties grown at elevations between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level.
Processed using the Washed method, the coffee delivers a clean and transparent cup with layered aromatics and gentle sweetness. Expect vibrant notes of tropical fruits, complemented by honey-like sweetness, bright acidity, and an elegant jasmine floral character.
Its clarity and aromatic profile make Halo Bereti particularly well suited to filter and manual brewing methods, where its origin characteristics can develop clearly in the cup. South positions it for both specialty cafés and curated home brewing.
