Description
South Coffee Wamena Espresso – Ethiopia
Wamena Espresso is a specialty Ethiopian coffee from the Guji Hambela region, produced from Heirloom varieties grown at elevations between 1,950 and 2,200 meters above sea level.
Processed using anaerobic drying, Wamena develops an expressive fruit-driven profile featuring notes of lychee, plum and grape. South Coffee roasts this version specifically for espresso extraction, with an emphasis on clarity, sweetness, structure and consistency.
The espresso profile is designed to perform both as a straight espresso and in milk-based drinks, making it suitable for home espresso setups as well as professional café service.
