Varia VS6 Single Dose Coffee Grinder
The Varia VS6 is a high-performance single-dose coffee grinder engineered for precise control across brewing methods ranging from espresso to hand drip and cold brew.
The VS6 comes factory-fitted with Varia's 58mm Stainless Steel Supernova flat burrs, designed as a versatile burr set for multiple brewing styles. Its interchangeable burr architecture also supports optional 63mm conical burrs, allowing users to customize the grinder's performance and cup profile with different Varia burr sets.
A powerful 300W brushless motor provides adjustable grinding speeds from 500 to 1,600 RPM. The integrated LED display provides real-time RPM information, while haptic feedback makes speed adjustments more intuitive.
The VS6 uses an exceptionally precise stepless grind-adjustment system, with each adjustment corresponding to a 5-micron burr movement. A revolution counter helps users track settings when moving between espresso and coarser brewing ranges.
For cleaner grinding, Varia incorporates Active Ionisation Needles to reduce static, together with a removable dosing tube and spring-loaded knocker to help move retained grounds into the dosing cup.
